  • Submit your home listing to the multiple listing service so other agents can immediately access your property information by computer.
  • Place our distinctive PRUDENTIAL "For Sale" sign on your property.
  • Distribute copies of your listing to our company sales staff for their potential buyers.
  • Tour your home with our company's sales team.
  • Hold Open's  for Agents of co-operating MLS companies.
  • Develop a feature sheet for your home for distribution to co-operating agents and the public. This colourful feature sheet will also be displayed in our prominent window displays at street level.
  • Distribute a professional mailout to surrounding neighbourhoods
  • Have your listing distributed on the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board's internet site plus my personal website, MLS.ca, and Prudential.com.
  • Hold public Open Houses when convenient.
  • Advertise your home for sale in our local North Shore real estate newspapers and in the Vancouver Real Estate Board's "Realty-Link In-Print".
  • Pre-qualify all prospective buyers so as not to inconvenience you with 'looky-loos'.
  • ALL showings attended by a licensed realtor. (usually myself)
  • Follow up all serious leads.
  • Update you as to any changes in current market conditions.
  • Represent you during the presentation of all offers by agents, and assist you in negotiating the best terms and conditions to yourself.
  • Handle all follow-up after the contract has been agreed to and signed.
  • Deliver any keys or cheques to you at closing, if required.
