Ken has been serving the Real Estate needs of North and West Vancouver since 1982.

  • A resident of the North Shore for over 50 years, he grew up in North Vancouver and relocated to West Vancouver during his university days.
  • A graduate of UBC, he obtained a B.Sc., majoring in Mathematics with electives in computer science and economics. 
  • His early career experiences included management positions at the Hudson's Bay Company, computer sales and Credit Union on-line systems, sales and support.
  • Moving within West Vancouver 6 times in the first 12 years of marriage, he developed a passion for houses that eventually led to his decision to become a realtor in 1982.
  • Ken understands the unique qualities of the North Shore that make it such a truly special place in which to live.  After 33 years in West Vancouver, Ken and his wife, Suzanne (also a licensed realtor), returned to North Vancouver in 2004. Together with their 3 sons, they have enjoyed the many aspects of the North Shore which make it such a desirable neighbourhood.  With its proximity to downtown Vancouver and its 'small town friendliness', the North Shore has much to offer.
